WHERE WE ARE
La Rotonda - Temple of the Blessed Virgin of Relief
Piazza XX Settembre, n. 37
45100 - Rovigo
Today you normally enter la Rotonda from Piazza XX Settembre, through a door on its southern side, although the main entrance is on the west side, that is the side facing Via IV Novembre.
HOW TO GET THERE
For those who reach Rovigo with their own means of transportation:
from
Padova:
- Those who come from the north (from Padua), enter the town through Viale Porta Adige; at the first traffic lights turn left into Via della Pace; at the roundabout at the end of the street, turn right into Via E. Fuà Fusinato, which leads straight to Piazza XX Settembre.
from Adria:
- Those who come from the east (from Adria) should drive down Via Tre Martiri, which continues as Via E. Fuà Fusinato, which leads straight to Via XX Settembre.
from
Ferrara:
- Those who come from the south (from Ferrara or from Verona – through the clearway) should drive down Viale Porta Po, at the end of which (at the roundabout) they should turn left into Corso del Popolo; at Piazza della Repubblica turn right into Via Umberto I, then turn right again for a very short tract of street and turn left into Viale Trieste, which ends at the crossroads with Via E. Fuà Fusinato: if you turn right, you will quickly get to Piazza XX Settembre.
from
Verona:
- Those who come from the west (from Verona) should drive down Via G. Amendola; after the railway underpass, take the exit leading to Corso del Popolo (heading towards the Centre) and reach Piazza della Repubblica; turn left as far as Via Umberto I, then turn right and drive on for a very short tract of street and turn right into Viale Trieste (then see the indications for those who come from the south).

For those who reach Rovigo with public means of transportation:
- From the railway stations you can easily reach Viale Porta Adige walking down Viale G. Marconi, whereas Piazza Fratelli Cervi, where coaches arrive and from where they depart, is located along Viale Porta Adige. If you walk southwards you will see, in this order, Viale Regina Margherita, Via Umberto I and Via D. Angeli; the latest ends near Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, which lies on its left. Having crossed this square diagonally, you will reach Piazza G. Garibaldi, which gets narrower eastwards, where Via Silvestri starts; this street leads straight to Piazza XX Settembre (from the railway station to Piazza XX Settembre the route described above is shorter than 1,500 metres).
