Most important pieces

Paleto: Very sharp tool made of metal with a pole, used to drain marshlands after the sea moved back.

Paloto:
(that couples with paleto) It was used to throw the clod dug with the paleto far away. The ditch around the rice-fields was made this way.

Battello (boat):
small craft (about 3 metres long). It was used to go down the rice-field ditches that were very narrow. A wooden pole with a forked end was pushed to make the boat move forward. It was used to check the growth of rice, but it was also used for fishing and hunting. It could also be used with oars or sails.

Ganfin:
a metallic object made up of two pieces: one of them contained water, the other one carbide, a fossil forming gas when in contact with water. The gas, coming out of a nozzle, produced a flame.
It was used to light the house and the stable, or as a bicycle lamp.

Garzetta:
callipers-shaped tool (span: 2 metres)that was used to measure the ground.
Period motion-picture projector.
