Special attention shall be devoted to the paintings of the first three halls "Incoronazione della Vergine" (Crowning of the Virgin Mary) by Nicolò di Pietro, "Storie di Santa Lucia" (Stories of St. Lucy) by Quirizio da Murano, "Madonna col Bambino" (Holy Mary with Child) by Giovanni Bellini "Cristo Portacroce" (Jesus Christ carrying the cross) by Giovanni Bellini, "San Paolo" (St. Paul) by Sebastiano Filippi, "Sacra Conversazione" (Sacred Conversation) by Palma il Vecchio and the Polyptych of Raccano by Michele da Firenze.

Particularly interesting are the seventeenth century paintings "Loth e le figlie" (Loth and his daughters) by Sebastiano Mazzoni, "La morte di Cleopatra" (Cleopatra’s death) by Sebastiano Mazzoni, "Il casto Giuseppe" (The chaste Joseph) by Girolamo Forabosco, "Medea che ringiovanisce Esone" (Medea rejuvenating Esone) by Pietro Vecchia. The eighteenth century features many masterpieces, among which the famous "San Giovanni Battista" (Saint John the Baptist) by Giambattista Piazzetta, "Marina con ponte rotto e arco di Costantino" (Seascape with Broken Bridge and Constantine’s arch) by Luca Carlevarijs and the pastel self-portrait by Rosalba Carriera. The Academy portrait hall gathers an extraordinary series of portraits of notable personalities of Rovigo as well as of the Academy of Concordi’s patrons. Among these the beautiful portrait of Antonio Riccobono by Gianbattista Tiepolo stands out.
